Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed, manufactured, packed, or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Approval of cancellation requests is subject to the order status at the time the request is received.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable deductions, if any.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
• If a cancellation request is approved after dispatch, shipping, handling, transportation, and any other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

Customized or Special Orders

Orders for customized, specially manufactured, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Such orders are specifically produced according to customer requirements and are therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation by Texmaax Pumps

Texmaax Pumps reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Payment verification issues
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by Texmaax Pumps after payment has been received, the customer will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, or financial service providers.
• Texmaax Pumps shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Modification of Orders

Customers may request changes to an order before processing or dispatch. Approval of modification requests depends on production status, stock availability, and operational feasibility.
